Yoga For Runners

I have been noticing my knees again recently. Just little twinges which would be so easy to ignore, but I know from many experiences that these twinges always lead to more for me.


So trying really hard to listen to my body, and not my ego, slow down and get some good stretches in.


Going back to my daily yoga for runners. Stupid simple. Stupid effective.
